Each pilot will use the smallest useful data set needed for learning, participant follow-up, grant reporting, and privacy protection.

Attendance, learning hours, deliverables, referrals, and program completion.
Pre/post knowledge or confidence changes in digital, financial, career, consumer, or navigation skills.
A completed application, document, project, accepted referral, interview, enrollment step, protection action, or other observable movement.
DATA WITH DIGNITY
Do not collect sensitive information merely because a form allows it.
Explain what is collected, how it is used, and when it is deleted.
Nonprofit participant information remains separate from affiliated business customer records.
Report limitations, missing follow-up, and unintended results—not only favorable numbers.
