This public launch website provides information and click-to-call access. It intentionally avoids public forms that request sensitive personal, financial, youth, medical, justice-system, or identity documents.
Current website practices
No public member portal, sensitive-document upload, online donation form, or participant application is active on this launch website. Basic hosting and security logs may be processed to operate and protect the site.
Program information
Before a pilot collects participant information, Choice Education Network will use a separate notice and consent process explaining what is collected, why it is needed, who can access it, how long it is retained, and how questions or corrections can be made.
Youth information
Youth information will not be collected through an informal public form. Age-appropriate notices, parent or guardian consent where required, access controls, safeguarding procedures, and minimum-necessary data practices must be in place before enrollment.
Affiliated operations
Nonprofit participant information will not be automatically transferred to an affiliated business. Separate entities maintain separate records, purposes, permissions, and responsibilities.
